No lines drawing on Asystole on new Strip
On a new Strip (e.g. new sim, loaded file), if the rhythm is asystole or otherwise a flatline, the strip is just blank.
More thorough testing: Strip actually does draw; does takes ~1 min because leading Strip buffer is GetHR_Seconds long (1 min) and entire minute needs to populate with tracing before showing in visible view area.
May require placing a maximum time on leading Strip buffer ...
