3D View: Add->KSP Prop menu items are blank

The menu is blank for adding KSP Props. I assume its just the same items that can still can be added/selected under Mu Prop Tools in the N Panel vOv

This is for planned prop placement support. It is currently a work in progress and I have just pushed a bit of that work.
