单次指标采集耗时10s+

请求时延主要耗在了膨胀表查询的SQL上，单库查询耗时4s左右，总共有两个大库，所以拖慢了整体的时间。

能否增加指标缓存的逻辑，来避免这种非频繁变更指标对采集接口效率的影响。
