Make a release

Greetings!

I'm packaging this in Alpine Linux, and since there are no releases for now I'll make a git package. These are generally not desirable however, and as such it would be much appreciated if you could make a proper release of jsonlint. I imagine other people interested in packaging jsonlint would appreciate it as well.
