How we can export a square heightmap ? Such as maps with much more width its not good for game engines. How we can do that ?

For me this works: Run in Responsive design mode (Ctrl+Shift+M in Firefox). Then set the resolution in the top bar that comes up (Next to "Responsive"). Now you can render at that resolution.
