[CHECKLIST] Full EigenLayer Update

Overview

To get our eigenlayer code up-to-date, we need to update all of our EL dependencies and uses to be consistent with their current versions. The following checklist generally outlines all of the required areas that need updating:

• [ ] Blueprint SDK itself - needs to update to the most recent eigensdk-rs version, fixing everything that changes or updates from that update
• [x] Eigenlayer Contract Deployer Must be updated to deploy the contracts as they are meant to. The scripts in the sdk can be used as reference for any possible changes. To cover slashing changes, we want to use the operator_set_contracts version
• [ ] Eigenlayer Testnet State - once contract deployer is up-to-date and works, we need the current testnet state for our tests in Blueprint and anywhere else we want to run a testnet with core contracts deployed already.
• [x] Eigenlayer Incredible Squaring Example - Contracts, addresses, etc. need to match updates
• [ ] Eigenlayer BLS Template - The contracts here, especially, need to be updated to support the changes in the eigenlayer contracts and slashing
• [ ] Eigenlayer ECDSA Template - The contracts here, especially, need to be updated to support the changes in the eigenlayer contracts and slashing
