I'm seeing the same symptoms against RouterOS 7.1beta6 with your btest tool built from tip-of-master source on macOS 10.15.

@rebornix: `zz` is not the same thing as `ZZ`.

Meanwhile, [the docs](http://jim.tcl.tk/fossil/doc/trunk/Tcl_shipped.html#_file) should warn that `file normalize` may give a "Not implemented" error in this case. There may be other cases where a documented command won't actually be built...

Even security questions aside, it isn't obvious what permissions are actually even *necessary*. I tried giving my access token "repo:status" scope, which seemed plausible, but it just complained "Bad credentials"....

I've seen the hang, and I've observed that `--newtab` is ignored. These are deal-killers for me.

@karuboniru: Thanks, that should be helpful once all my EL8 boxes age out, since they'll be shipping systemd 239 until the end of time, and that feature wasn't added until...
