Deep Support

It would be great to be able to render with deep support. Higher priority on DeepAlpha (depth) support so that we can use it with deepRecolor in Nuke/Gaffer for merge order-independence, with true DeepColor/Beauty as a secondary feature for one-off tough shots if needed.
