[NEW ICON] Graphics API's

OpenGL, Vulkan, Metal, DirectX

Why?

These are the API's used for GPU rendering on any machine and all graphics programmers must know them (at least one). They can be quite difficult and being able to put them on your GitHub profile is a nice flex.
