Fails to create PROJECT.sublime_projectcomplete

Not sure what could I be missing, but the plugin does not create [PROJECT].sublime_projectcomplete so I am not sure if there is some clash with other plugins like SublimeCodeIntel or I am doing something wrong.

I followed the instructions but the file creation did not happen:

  1. installed plugin with package manager
  2. restarted Sublime 2
  3. opened new window
  4. added folder (appeared in sidebar)
  5. saved project in same folder

..but only present are PROJECT.sublime-project and PROJECT.sublime-workspace
