How to improvise CSS?

I am a UI Developer (Fresher), I want to improvise my CSS & start learning CSS, I've watched plenty of youtube videos bt, none of them provide answers to all doubts I've got. Read about it on W3schools too bt, I practically want to improvise at these

CSS is not luck. CSS is pretty logical if your basics are clear. I would advice not to take hit n try approach. Follow any tutorial and finish it from start to end. Read about position, display, as they are widely used. Follow CSS-Tricks, Scotch.io tutorials for more clarity.
