With age our learning ability decreases. How can we continuously learn if that's the demand of our industry?

Tanay you are saying we should keep learning what is in trend or demand and i totally agree with it But as we are young we can learn as much as possible but as a human being our learning ability slowly decrease as our age increases, we can't adapt things that efficiently in our 50s as we used to in our 20s or 30s So what about this problem I may be wrong about it but give me clarification about this
