Did you extract these all manually, or did you find the hook candidates via some repeatable process and then fill them in? If so, please add that process to this repository.

Hello! The list of hooks was generated by simple grep -nRE 'PGDLLIMPORT.+?_hook_type' . (except for PL/pgsql hooks, those were added by hand). Hook signatures were extracted manually, so no repeatable process there, unfortunately.
