Duplicate text in popups in Cargo.toml file

When I hover over the string value of a key in my Cargo.toml file, the popup has the same message duplicated.

Even Better TOML version: 0.21.2 VS Code version: 1.98.2 OS: Linux Manjaro Cinnamon Kernel 6.12.19-1-MANJARO

Note: Funnily enough this does not happen for the "name" key value pair only the others such as version and edition! Strange!
