CI doesn't trigger on tags

For some reason the release jobs don't trigger on tags when the tags are created in another job.

I replaced the GITHUB_TOKEN with a personal token, so it should work. Sometimes the jobs are triggered, sometimes they are not, I have no idea what is going on.

It doesn't seem to be related to the CI jobs that creates the tags, the jobs sometimes aren't triggered even when crating/pushing tags manually.
