Server can't be run without TLS

I don't know if you still maintain this project, but it seems to be used a bit in other projects.

Anyway, the SkipTLS field is never actually used, therefore the Server will always try to start a TLS handshake.

I dont really maintain this anymore and its not really in a place where its a usable server implementation. Thanks for the PR but I'm going to just Archive this repo
