Google Colab's terms of use

According to Google Colab's Frequently Asked Questions, remote control such as SSH shells, remote desktops, remote UIs are forbidden. If Google removes accounts of people who install and use a VNC server, perhaps a warning about the terms of use in the Readme could be added.
