TriPlayer + Gamecard = crash

I am having issues with triplayer crashing Atmosphere while loading gamecart in this case is the spyro trilogy game game open and when is loading Atmosphere crashes i found the cause and is directly into the folder that Triplayer makes on the contents folder with ID of 4200000000000FFF once i delete this folder the game loads fine from the gamecart but Triplayer stops working / opening any way to bypass this issue?
