Overlay not finding mp3 after a restart

I did manage to hex edit the overlay file by using the tutorial post it and it start it working just fine the issue is that iam having is that anytime or every time i restart the switch when i enter home menu and try to load the music throw the overlay it does nothing it wont remember the last song play so the overlay get lost on finding the mp3's the only way it works is opening the main app play a song and then close it and then the overlay magically works and starts loading the mp3's any fix to this?

That's just the way it works I think. You have to open the actual app first to get the overlay going

well that sucks, that could be fix by adding a search option to select the mp3's throw overlay

Yeah but I don't think this thing is gonna be updated anytime soon. You should probably just close this issue.

i do not have permission to close the issue , and if i had i probably couldn't do it since my PC broke a couple a days and now is fix..
