Ability to start/stop sysmodule in both overlay and app

Currrently there is

• in the app: an option to load/start sysmodule
• in the overlay: to unload/stop sysmodule (which then stops working until it gets loaded again in the app).

It would be nice to have both options in both places.

I think it is important to be able to unload/load the symodule on demand, as it breaks compatibility with some games, while working perfectly fine otherwise.
