Convert locations to MGRS

MGRS (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_Grid_Reference_System) is another representation of UTM coordinates, so it should be relatively straightforward to convert UTM coordinates to MGRS strings instead the UTM string representation (I'll try to contribute some code if I get to it).
