[TP&CON/Tech Debt:] Take care of TODOs

Context/background

Currently there are 73 TODOs in 49 files. It's definitely not meant to be high priority but we should clean our tech debt from time to time.

What needs to be done?

Complete TODOs or remove them if they're not relevant anymore.
