@Matvey-Kuk atm we're not looking to make the platform mobile friendly, so I'm going ahead and closing this issue for now.
The bug was introduced when we changed: https://github.com/keephq/keep/pull/1335/files#diff-0e1e73d17cfedf9c6b9a61e04f5cfb527517f9e18153db7849adeb4f4df5a3c3L56 and removed `async` from `process_event`
@Matvey-Kuk are you on this one, or you'd like me to take it?
Also a quick question about backwards compatibility - not sure if I understand if this will still support mustache or we're replacing to Jinja completely? Maybe we should support `templating=mustahce`...
