Paladin Talent: Fanaticism

Describe the bug Fanaticism should increase judgement effect critical strike chance by 15% when maxed out. It seems that its not working. This is hard to prove and i dont know if there is a way to check but i have a melee critical strike chance of 12% and i am landing crits with melee strikes way more often than with a judgement. I have a spell critical strike chance of 7% - so it should be at 22% with the bonus of fanaticism.
