Current behavior: When using Goblin Bomb Dispenser (https://classic.wowhead.com/item=10587/goblin-bomb-dispenser) nothing happens. Spell Goblin Bomb (https://classic.wowhead.com/spell=23134/goblin-bomb) do nothing.

Expected behavior: When using should appear NPC Pet Bomb (https://classic.wowhead.com/npc=8937/pet-bomb) which acts like Explosive Sheep. With some chance when using occurs malfunction, which deals damage to user.
