No machine to build MacOS binary with CUDA

Summary of your issue

I have only Windows and Ubuntu machine to build DlibDotNet with CUDA. But I have no MacOS machine with GPU.

It's not got a GPU but you don't need a GPU to compile with CUDA.

I know. But it failed when building on OSX Mojave. Mojave restrict nvidia driver works. It may be issue.

TBH, I don’t use osx for main use. So I can reinstall high Sierra. Umm..

I don't think many people use OSX with GPU as they come with AMD cards.

EDIT: This means they don't support CUDA anyway.
