我想参考一点明体的[传承字形](https://github.com/ichitenfont/inheritedglyphs/blob/master/component_of_recom_inherited_glyphs-1.37.pdf)，给文津宋体加个`trad`的feature，类似于`cv01`，或者再加个`cv03`。主要就是直接利用uvs里的字，暂时不需要增加新的glyph。 本地测试是可行的。 如果可以加入的话，我审完字形会提交PR。
