gentoo ebuild for xfwm4-titleless

Hi all, I have created an ebuild for gentoo that compiles and installs the xfwm4-titleless from github. I am also about to upload it at bugs.gentoo.org for inclusion into the main gentoo repo.

This issue should be marked as enhancement.
