Window Header - Title crashes while trying to enable "Show the plugin on the desktop"

It just crashes the "Properties" menu most of the time but sometimes it crashes xfce4-panel too Output of xfce4-panel --version:

$ xfce4-panel --version
xfce4-panel 4.14.0git-55dc7b (Xfce 4.14)

Same problem here, only that I had already set up both plulgins (title and buttons) to show on the desktop, and from the XFCE 4.14 update once I have no window open, header-title plugin crashes. If I open a window and launch it again, it works normally.

Sorry but actually, I've no more time to keep this plugin up-to-date and fix issues. Any help is welcomed.

@cedl38 Can you point me in any useful direction? I'm familiar with C and Glade, but not with autogen and xfce development, how can I enable debug symbols, and how can I get a trace when it crashes?

@demolitions I think that this plugin needs to be updated to GTK 3 first, since xfce panel will drop support for GTK2 plugins soon. Sadly I don't know anything C / xfce developemnt. I just fixed some package dependency issues in the past.
