Added Feature to Output Description for MSSQL

Hi,

I have added a feature to output description in Amateras modeler to SQL/DDL file. This only works for MSSQL. I have also updated some of the components like joda-time and dom4j jar to allow it to compile and build without issues.

However I accidentally messed up the sample ERD as I don't have Japanese language installed on my PC.

Please review and see if this feature helps with your project.

Hi, sorry for my late comment. Could include only MSSQLDialect.java in this pull request? Broken Japanese ERD files cannot be merged and library updates would be better to be another pull request.
