Cache Manager's Main Menu is not displayed on H16

Maybe due to Qt version or setParent style in H16, Main Menu is not displayed and the tree widget occupies whole panel.

This seems to be a bug of Houdini 16 on macOS. This doesn't happen on Linux and Windows.
