TSActionSheet don't dismiss when press back on Navigation Bar

in my view i have a navigation bar, and if i press the back button to return on the previous view the TSActionSheet remain on the view and don't dismiss...

Thanks,I think this issue is only for ios 4.2. TSPopover is not support iOS 4.2 currently.

thanks for your answer, i have tried the TSActionSheet on ios 4.2.1 and seems work fine except the thing i write you above, and the other issue i have open, about the color of the button, so my question is, there is a way to only fix this problem, that the TSActionSheet don't disappear when go back in navigation controller?...i will appreciate if you can find a solution, because it's a really very great project!
