Issue 180: headerPanel with fixed position

Adding a new headerPanel which will contain the date headers and can be used with CSS fixed position styling to have a header which remains visible when scrolling down as requested in Issue #180.

I have problem with headerPanel overflow. If the chart container doesn't take whole page (page has left side menu), headerPanel vertically fill whole page, over the content outside the chart (in this case over the left side menu). Any suggestions?

Hi, same Probleme here. The fixed Header panel has vissibility in full width. The Problem is, that the parent Element is also as width as the whole calendar. Container from parent parent div is Not recognized. Any solution found here?
