set gh-pages branch as default

or something..

its weird to come to this repo and see no code, but its within the gh-pages branch.

anyway, nice work!

btw when i used Dollar mixed with mrdoobs harmony drawing bit, i didnt have a start/end to define the bounds of the shape so i used drawing "pauses" to indicate begin/end.. which sucked

its hard to continuously capture touches and recognize shapes within it.. i wonder how i'd do it today.

I didn't even know that you could set a default startup branch!? Pretty much all my projects have a gh-pages and I wish I could develop entirely in that. The master pre-req is a bit of a chore, especially if you're not using command line and you cant push directly from the master to the gh-pages.
