Add Symfony webpack encore example

Hi guys! I have seen old PR (#43) with try to create an example project for Symfony with VueJs etc. However, I checked that information after creating my example with a fresh Symfony skeleton application. With standard packages for templating and assets by twig and webpack-encore. So, now I don't know what to do. I created this PR but if it does not need, tell me!

My example is simpler than the previous try :)
