Implement cycle through isolated nodes button

Feature description On the Resources Explorer, there should be a button to jump to isolated resource nodes, that have no relations with others, as to ease finding them among the clusters without resorting to a filter. By clicking on the button, the user will be taken to where the resource node is and by clicking again they will be taken to the next one (if there is more than one), allowing them to cycle through these resources. The button has a badge indicating how many isolated resources are currently being rendered on the canvas (it is dependent on the filters applied).
