Rules and table settings for Snooker

I think the ball is too big for snooker or the table is too small.

Also, I noticed an issue in the rules. When I potted a black ball, and the black ball spot was occupied, but the green ball spot was free, the black ball should be placed on the green spot.

You are absolutely right that the table is too small for snooker - the game supports larger tables but it needs the graphics file for the snooker table to be updated using blender. Maybe one day....

The black should re-spot correctly on highest available free spot - interesting if you say it didnt maybe a bug or maybe it did fit back on its spot ok. If it happens again send a link to the shot (click on the ball in the bottom tray)
