docs(website): add a public RPC node with no rate limiting

Describe the feature request

The documentation only contains Alchemy and Infura as two popular RPC providers.

I found a public RPC provider that has no rate limiting, this is the provider I used for prosing and proving operations on Grimsvotn and Eldfell with a 100 success rate.
