Feature request: Multilinguage support

I'm sorry for the late reply... I have no plans to support multilanguage. But I would like to try it, if time accept.

Hi, this is the author of halogenica/beautifulhugo#231. Beautiful Hugo has already provided multilingual support. Stefan Schmalzhaf has already ported it into i18n in his GitLab mirror of this theme. This works great for all European languages.

However, the Japanese translation for Staticman was missing. Recently, I've created a PR for that.
