Location information on AST nodes

As mentioned in the issue on syn, for my usecase I need location information (ideally spans as offset + line + column) on each node to map it back to the source code.

Huh was looking into syn-serde and noticed it lacks location information, so thought I'd raise an issue... but apparently I've been down this road 4 years ago? I have no memory of this 😂
