You have fedora WSL, whereas most people run ubuntu. What was your installation process for fedora? There are about 8 different ways to arrive at a fedora install in wsl....

Ah. I apologize, apparently my vm doesn't support nested virtualization and I'm stuck to using wslv1 not v2 so fedora is unsupported. have to tag @caarlos0 back in.
