[BUG] Links between wiki pages open a new tab

Describe the bug

Navigating in the taiga wiki is difficult as every link between wiki pages open a new tab. Links have a target="_blank" attribute.

How can we reproduce the behavior

Create a link from a wiki page to another one, either in the form of [[blah|blah]] or with the WYSIWYG editor. Then click on the link an see that it opens a new tab.

On taiga.io.
