More granular notification types (e.g mentions only) for email/desktop notifications

I'm happy to be involved with creating a pull request to work on this when I get the time, but it's one that requires design discussion.

What is the current behavior? The only options for email notifications currently are:

• None
• Involved
• All

on a per project basis.

Involved generates notifications for (at least):

• Any updates (status, description, comments, sprint, new subtasks) to user stories/subtasks you've created
• Any updates (status, description, comments, sprint, new subtasks) to user stories/subtasks you're watching
• When a user mentions you in a comment
• When you're added as an assigned user to a user story/subtask.

This is by no means a comprehensive list but merely a start to demonstrate just how many different types of notifications all get bundled into Involved, I'm not sure what notification types fall under All, given how many I receive when Involved is selected.

What is the expected behavior? The desired behaviour would be to have more control in the Email/Desktop notifications sections to only receive the types of notifications you're explicitly interested in.

We want to invite more of our products team to Taiga, so that we can get their input by @ mentioning them, and that sending them an email, without them having to get loads of Taiga activity emails that are irrelevant to them.

I think a sensible way to do this would be on the User Email / Desktop notification preferences:

1. Have an option for Mentions Only
2. Have another screen to give more control over what notifications fall under "Involved".

I'd be happy with just 1, 2 could perhaps be another issue by itself.

Is it happening in taiga.io or in your own instance? Taiga.io

What browser/version are you using? Chrome

We have been doing some housekeeping work prior to Taiga6 upcoming release and we are reviewing old issues that we didn't correctly address back then. Taiga6 brings a significant UX/UI rework, and after the launch, we’ll come back to this issue to check it again. This time we will make sure to review it properly.

Would be nice to have more control over notifications. TBH, I'd prefer not getting any emails and still be able to watch whole project but just get the in-app notifications (under the bell icon).
