Add bulk Subtasks without Taskboard.

What is the current behavior? To bulk add tasks, you must add cards to a sprint. For teams that have a more steady-flow, but need details subtasking for quality control - this is a real pain.

What is the expected behavior? US would have a "Bulk Instert" item for subtasks, just as the kanban has a bulk insert for US

This is absolutely one of the features that any task manager/project manager should never miss! It's much needed because Taiga misses a way to create templates for tasks and there is no way to duplicate tasks at all. If there is at least bulk subtasks creation one can easily copy/paste list of tasks from a txt file.

We have been doing some housekeeping work prior to Taiga6 upcoming release and we are reviewing old issues that we didn't correctly address back then. Taiga6 brings a significant UX/UI rework, and after the launch, we’ll come back to this issue to check it again. This time we will make sure to review it properly.

Just want to bump this one and give it my +1. With latest Taiga this is still not possible. I would love to be able to bulk-add tasks while looking at a story.
