[FR] Mark notifications Read when card is open

In Taiga we have User Notifications (Events?), and to read all we should click on each one (or miss and click Read All). It requires a lot of time to see already visited threads.

Will be great to mark as read all notifications, related to opened page.

For example, I have 5 notifications (3 for issue #1 and 2 for Task #2). After clicking on first notification (from issue #1) I see all 3 comments and don't want to make other 2 transitions to mark these notifications as read.

In real life we have 50-100 notifications every day and many of them are related to the same page.

Will be great to mark all opened (or hovered) as read.
