[BUG] Resolution scaling issue on Team page

Describe the bug

How can we reproduce the behavior

Tooltips of column icons are missplaced while using taiga on a window with an aspect ratio larger than 16:9 (cf 21:9 screenshot)

Workarounds

Scale down the window under 16:9 scale factor
