[BUG] Descriptions of Tasks/Epics cannot be edited

Describe the bug When trying to edit the description of an Epic, User Story or Task it is impossible to reach a state where you can actually input text:

Meanwhile the console reports this error:

This makes Taiga entirely unusable.

How can we reproduce the behavior

1. Setup fresh instance of self-hosted Taiga-Docker
2. Create a new Epic/User Story/Task in a project
3. Select the new task for edit using Chromium-based browser
4. Click on the description panel

Workarounds

None known.
