[BUG] Broken AngularJS Invisible Attachment and broken timestamp when user change to Vietnamese

Describe the bug When user change interface language into Vietnamese, all attachments will not show up regardless to the counter. image The time will have weird looking, too. image

How can we reproduce the behavior Go to [/user-settings/user-profile]. Switch to Vietnamese. Save. The bugs will present.

Taiga environment Taiga-Docker: 6.7.2. Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows.
  • Browser: Microsofy Edge.
