Ordering wiki bookmarks are not persisted

What is the current behavior?

Ordering wiki bookmarks does not work. The current window shows the new location of the wiki bookmark. On a reload the wiki bookmark is on its old position.

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.

1. Login as non-admin.
2. Goto wiki page.
3. Create at least two wiki bookmarks and press save.
4. Move the last wiki bookmark before the first wiki bookmark.
5. Reload the browser window.
6. The new location of the wiki bookmark is not persisted.
7. Logout and Login as admin
8. Perform step 4. and 5.
9. The new location of the wiki bookmark is now persisted.

What is the expected behavior?

Moving a wiki bookmark to a new location should persisted.

Is it happening in taiga.io or in your own instance?

What browser/version are you using?

Firefox

Are there any console errors (Ctrl + F12) in red?
