LB Health Check

Is there currently a route that would be a good place to provide for a load balancer health check route, or if not would you accept a pr for one?

I'm thinking something that would at least ensure the app can connect to the DB, so that LBs like traefik can properly remove app servers having issues from the pool, and more importantly, not add them sooner than they're ready.

I'd also like this functionality.

Just returning HTTP 200 OK when DB connection and maybe other checks are ok.
